The Event Organisers (AYA Venues) and the ACCU committee are offering opportunities for sponsors and exhibitors to be involved in this year’s event at a number of different sponsorship levels.


An exhibitor stand package is just £1050 +VAT, while Sponsorship Packages are available at £2500 +VAT, giving the sponsors an exhibitor stand for the event, a complimentary registration, a lunchtime presentation, and various other benefits. Note that we also offer a Premium Package, however these have already sold out.


Last year’s event was the first time we have had to close registrations due to oversubscription. As a result this year we have moved to a larger venue. The Paramount Oxford Hotel offers benefits other than size. It has ample car parking on site at just £3 per day and is located close to the main ring road around Oxford. It also offers sponsors the opportunity to hire additional meeting rooms, giving the potential for private meetings with delegates, or they could be used as a "showcase" room for the duration of the event.

Exhibitors Hall

All exhibitors will be located within one large area on the ground floor within close proximity of the main Keynote presentation room. The Oriel suite is a hard sided marquee with flooring, heating and natural daylight. Lunches, teas and coffees will be served within / close to this area to ensure maximum exposure for exhibitors.


Exhibition Open Times

The exhibition will be open from 10am each day 11-13th April. Delegates will be attending a Key note presentation from 9am and there may be some benefit in having stands manned earlier. The event will finish at about 6pm each day, except for Wednesday when there will be a complimentary Drinks Reception for all delegates 6-8pm. This is an ideal time for stands to be manned as the reception will take place within the exhibition area. Stands can be dismantled from 2pm on Friday 13th April.
