The pandemic has pushed us into a world of remote working. For some it’s a dream come true. For others it’s a dystopian nightmare. But perhaps "remote" is the wrong word to be using, and subconsciously pushes us into the wrong mindset. In this session we’ll look at the "new way of working", which is actually quite an old way of working, with a few tweaks. And we’ll look at how to help a distributed team gel and function efficiently.
