The first of these books is the story of how Red Hat (a Linux Distributor) got where it is today. It is fun to read but you should remember that 99% of IT companies that started up in the same year (1993) they did no longer exist today. Even if you do all the right things and have a good product to sell you still need a good deal of luck.

The second of these books is a collection of papers on the Open Software phenomenon. In one form of another I think they can all be found somewhere on the Internet so you may think that the asking price is somewhat high. On the other hand the material is worth reading and some people prefer nicely bound (hardcover) books to reading the same material electronically.
