Our topic:

Have you ever wondered how to achieve maximum agility? In this workshop we'll show you how to solve business problems incrementally to do just that. You'll learn how to scope, write acceptance criteria and run analysis in an incremental environment.

Having been to this workshop you will be able to use it to educate those around you about the benefits of an incremental approach. This workshop is suitable for anyone who involved in solving business problems (that's all of us then). In the software world that includes: Product Managers, Team Leads, Developers, Business Analysts, QA . In fact anyone who wants to understand what it means to be truly agile will get an insight in this workshop.

We'll often refer back to the world of software since that's where we're from. However, the workshop is not technical in the sense of software technicality

Our speakers

Rajpal Singh Wilkhu and Ed Sykes from 1e
