ACCU in the USA

ACCU(USA) has a website for the Silicon Valley Chapter.

The Silicon Valley Chapter of the ACCU

Our next meeting will be Wednesday, February 8 in Mountain View, at Symantec's "VCAFE" building.

Our doors will open at 6:30, and the formal meeting will start promptly at 7.

We meet every month. The main activitiy at each meeting is a presentation on a technical topic of interest to programmers. Although "ACCU" is an acronym for "Association of C and C++ Users", our group has hosted talks on a wide variety of topics of interest to working software developers, as can be seen from our list of past meetings.

Our group was founded in 1999 by Reg Charney who led the group until he moved away from California in 2005. The executive committee now consists of Walter Vannini, Ali Cehreli, Brian Grimshaw, and Reg (who still helps from afar).

Questions regarding our group can be directed to Walter via walterv at gbbservices dot com.

Meetings are open to the public and are free of charge.
